My husband, Gordy, and I have been married for over 30 years. We have three adult children and a bonus son-in-law and daughter-in-law. Our own marriage has benefited from mentors and counselors who helped us.

Fun fact: our first date was to see the movie ET. I was 13; Gordy was 14. Now married over 30 years we are enjoying empty nesting as our grown children live in three different states.
